Listening to: Brother Wallace - You’re The Man

Wow, six months… it’s been a wild six months for me, personally and professionally. What a blessing this project has been. I am grateful for everyone who has shown me the way forward, good energy and bad energy. The vision is just so CLEAR, it’s wild. Letting go and surrendering really makes decision-making easy.

What I worked on:

  • Over the last six months? The site looks pretty great, all things considered. There is so much work to do, and I’m delaying launch. I re-branded HARD a couple weeks ago (the right decision) and a lot of the work over the last week or so has been in coding behind-the-scenes. Teaching myself two new languages. Moved across states. Stuck to the plan consistently, with very little doubt creeping in. One particular moment of doubt was notable, but it only lasted a few hours before stumbling on a solution that I hadn’t seen. Funny how that works.

What’s next:

  • I am refusing to imagine what this will all look like six more months from now, but I anticipate I will be WAY further than I thought I would be.
